At Chienalafolie, we are committed to offering you a "Premium Quality" experience, from the validation of your order to the final chew.
1. SHIPPING
* Shipping Zones: We currently ship anywhere in Canada.
* Processing Times: All orders are carefully prepared within 24 to 48 business hours.
* Shipping Fees: Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and the package weight.
* Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real-time.
* Address Error: Please double-check your address. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Due to our fast processing speed, you have a 12-hour window after your purchase to request a modification.
Once the order has been processed by our shipping center, no modifications can be made.
3. RETURN POLICY (14 DAYS)
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.Strict Hygiene Condition (CRITICAL)
For reasons of canine safety and cross-contamination prevention, we accept no returns on products that are:
1. Removed from their original packaging.
2. Used or chewed.
3. Containing hair or odors.
* Fees: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer (unless defective).
* Sales: Promotional or clearance items are Final Sale.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Contact us at contact@chienalafolie.com with your order number.
2. After validation, we will provide you with the return address.
3. Use a service with tracking (we are not responsible for lost packages).
5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a product with a major manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a clear photo. We will proceed with a replacement at our expense.
