* Variations: Minor differences in color, shape, and texture are normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
* Availability: Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to stock availability.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
* Price: Indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding taxes and shipping. Taxes (GST/QST) are calculated at checkout.
* Payment: Payment is made via the secure Shopify platform. We never have access to your full banking details. The order is validated after payment confirmation.
4. SHIPPING
* Zones: We ship anywhere in Canada.
* Processing Times: Processing within 24 to 48 business hours.
* Responsibility: Chienalafolie cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by address errors provided by the customer.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
* Timeframe: You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
* Strict Conditions (Hygiene): For canine safety, only items that are unused, unchewed, and in their intact packaging will be accepted.
* Fees: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. LIABILITY AND SAFETY
The use of the products is the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
* Supervision: Human supervision is MANDATORY during use.
* Usage: Chienalafolie is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or the selection of an inappropriate size.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action before the courts of the district of Joliette.
